Our facilities are located in Charlotte, NC. We are an experienced metal fabricator specializing in the rolling & forming of steel to produce pressure vessels, steel tanks, alloy tanks, or a custom design.

We currently serve the Chemical, Petrochemical, Power, Processing, Refinery, Paper, and Pharmaceutical industries by providing diversified capabilities in design, fabrication, and machining of ASME Code pressure vessels, columns, heat exchangers, API storage tanks, autoclaves, piping, ductwork, and bulk solids handling equipment, to rigid customer specifications and code requirements.

The engineering staff offers highly qualified technical assistance in determining exact project needs with extensive experience in design, fabrication, and machining of Carbon Steel, CrMo, Stainless Steel, 2205 Duplex, AL6XN, Nickel, Hastelloy, Inconel, Monel, Aluminum, Titanium, and various Clad combinations. Due to expansive facilities and experienced employees, Fabrication Associates is able to fabricate most projects from beginning to end with no out-sourcing required.

Welding & Codes
All of Fabrication Associates welders and weld procedures are certified under the guidelines set forth in the current ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, Section XI. We have an extensive volume of our own certified weld procedures and are capable of writing and qualifying any that may be needed to properly weld the materials your project may require.
